All employees have undergone a strict application process and have been trained to enhance their knowledge and skills. We match our client’s needs, preferences, and personalities with our caregivers to ensure that they get the proper care from the right professionals.
Applicants undergo facility specific orientation (Competency Testing and Interviews). We also train our staff on all the Rules and Regulations specific to each facility we send our staff to. Caregivers are screened and evaluated for quality and competence. Including Employment Eligibility Verification and Background Check.
